Who issues what in Kenya
Licensing, trade testing and training are three different things run by three different bodies. None of them is us.
EPRA solar PV technician / contractor licence
The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority licenses solar PV technicians and contractors and sets the examination and renewal rules.
We train the installation, testing and documentation method the licence expects. We do not examine, license or register anyone with EPRA.
NITA trade test / government trade certificate
The National Industrial Training Authority runs trade testing and issues the trade certificate.
Our graded labs sharpen the diagnostic and safety judgment a trade test looks for. We are not a NITA centre and issue no trade certificate.
Refrigerant handling and good-servicing practice
Handling authorisation and enforcement sit with the national regulator and the HPMP programme in your market.
We train recovery discipline and leak-tight practice. We issue no handling authorisation.
EcoPowerHub Academy issues its own certificate of completion only. That certificate is not a licence, not a statutory registration, and not lifetime access. Official exam and registration fees are paid to the issuing body, never to us.
