EcoService OS is AI field service management software for HVAC, solar, industrial and appliance service teams — scheduling, dispatch, work orders, inventory, invoicing and crew tracking in one platform.
EcoService OS is developed by EcoPowerHub AI LLC, based in Columbia, Maryland, USA, with delivery and training partners in East Africa and Southern Africa. The company builds software and technical training for energy and field service trades: EcoService OS for service operations, and EcoPowerHub Academy for the technicians who run them.
The product started from a simple, repeated failure: crews losing a day to paperwork, managers rebuilding a schedule by phone, and invoices going out a week after the job was finished. Every module — dispatch, mobile work orders, photo diagnostics, inventory, invoicing, manager dashboards — exists to remove one of those delays.
Four principles behind every release
Built around the crew, not the back office
Scheduling, dispatch, work orders and job photos are designed for a technician holding a phone on a roof or in a plant room. If a screen needs two hands and good signal, it gets reworked.
Offline is the default assumption
Job status changes, notes, checklist ticks and photos are queued on the device and synced when the connection returns. Field work does not wait for coverage.
AI that shows its reasoning
Maya reads equipment photos and job history and returns a structured diagnosis a technician can accept, edit or reject — never a black-box answer pushed into an invoice.
Training and software in one place
EcoPowerHub Academy exists because dispatch software cannot fix a skills gap. Programs are exam-prep and competence training; examining bodies issue the licences, not us.

Self-paced solar and HVAC technical programs with diagnostic labs, regional statute modules and exam preparation. Training and exam preparation only — licences and certifications are issued by the relevant examining body, and their fees are paid directly to them.
