Kenya is on East Africa regional access: $397 one-time — roughly KES 51,200 at an indicative 129 KES/USD. Global list is $997; regional access is not the founding price, it is a standing regional rate. Charges are made in USD, so your bank or card rate applies. Companies enrolling a crew can request a KES invoice, and M-Pesa checkout is not live yet.

A limited number of free training passes are issued directly by the EcoPowerHub owner — typically for employees and technicians working alongside us. Passes are not self-serve, cannot be granted by company admins or managers, and are not automatically included with an EcoService OS subscription.

- Is this a subscription?
- No. The Solar Technical Training program is a one-time enrolment including 90 days of graded labs and mocks — your Academy certificate stays verifiable after that. The global list price is $697; several regions are priced lower and the price shown on this page is the one you are charged.
- What is the support membership?
- Optional and separate, from $79 to $129/month depending on your region. It covers direct access to senior technical support and new advanced labs as they ship.
- Can my company buy seats for a crew?
- Yes — enrol each technician on their own account so their lab grades, capstone attempts and certificate belong to them. Team discounts are 15% for 3-5 technicians, 25% for 6-10, and 40% for 11 or more. Email support@ecopowerhub.ai for a quote and multi-seat invoicing.
- How do I get a free employee pass?
- Passes are issued by the EcoPowerHub Academy support team. They are not self-serve, cannot be granted by company admins, and are not automatically included with an EcoService OS subscription.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Contact support@ecopowerhub.ai within 14 days of enrolment if the track is not what you expected and we will resolve it directly.
After the labs, you know which exam to book
- After the labs, you know which exam to book. Prep here for EPRA, NABCEP, EPA 608, NATE, CEC, SAQCC Gas and ESSCI, then book with that body when the labs are done.
- EcoPowerHub Academy is the prep and issues its own completion record. The examining body is the issuer of the credential you sit for.
- Work on photovoltaic, battery, and electrical systems involves potentially lethal voltages and must only be performed by qualified persons, in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and employer safety programs.
- Labs and materials are educational. The technician and their employer remain solely responsible for safe work practices, isolation, PPE, and compliance on actual jobs.
- Exam and licence fees are paid to the examining body. Academy completion is training.
