Enrolment is $997 one-time — roughly KES 128,600 at an indicative 129 KES/USD. Charges are made in USD, so your bank or card rate applies. Companies enrolling a crew can request a KES invoice, and M-Pesa checkout is not live yet.

- Is this a subscription?
- No. The Solar Service Technician track is a one-time $997 enrolment with lifetime access to the track and its labs.
- What is the support membership?
- $129/month, optional and separate. It covers direct access to senior technical support and new advanced labs as they ship.
- Can my company buy seats for a crew?
- Yes — enrol each technician on their own account so their lab grades, capstone attempts and certificate belong to them. Email support@ecopowerhub.ai for multi-seat invoicing.
- How do I get a free employee pass?
- Passes are issued personally by the EcoPowerHub owner. They are not self-serve, cannot be granted by company admins, and are not automatically included with an EcoService OS subscription.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Contact support@ecopowerhub.ai within 14 days of enrolment if the track is not what you expected and we will resolve it directly.
Training scope and safety
- The Academy provides technical training and instructional scenarios only.
- Completion does not constitute a professional license, electrical certification, or authorization to work on live electrical systems.
- Work on photovoltaic, battery, and electrical systems involves potentially lethal voltages and must only be performed by qualified persons, in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and employer safety programs.
- Labs and materials are educational. The technician and their employer remain solely responsible for safe work practices, isolation, PPE, and compliance on actual jobs.
- EcoPowerHub AI / EcoService OS makes no warranty that completion of this training guarantees safe or correct field performance.
